On the occasion of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Ganesh Chaturthi, the Jeevandhara Social Service Trust, Kulshekar, organized a small “Sawharda Koota” for the women of the Shanthi and Sadhana Self- Help Groups along with the hostel children on 9th September 2025.
The Program featured stage performances by both the children and the women. The women emphasized the importance of including vegetables in daily life, while the chief Guest, Sr Flavia Wilma, highlighted the value of educating the girl child. She compared it to planting a tree-while a tree gives fruit for a few years, educating a girl benefits generations. The event concluded with prize distribution for the winners and sharing sweets.
