An Awareness session on Human Trafficking was conducted at Holy Family High School, Bajpe by Sr Ilene Joy Dsouza, the social Co-ordinator of Jeevandhara Social Service Trust, Kulshekar.
Sr Ilene explained the concept of Human trafficking in a simple and clear manner, helping the students understand how both children and adults can easily fall prey to traffickers in today’s context. To make the session more interactive, she Engaged the students in an activity where a “web “was created to demonstrate how individuals get trapped in trafficking networks and the tragic consequences many face. This visual and participatory method helped the student grasp the seriousness of the issue effectively.
The session succeeded in raising awareness among the children, enabling them to better recognize the risks and remain vigilant against potential trafficking situations.
