Session on the Preamble of the Indian Constitution

On 9th October ,the students of Grade 6 and 7 at Scared Hearts English Medium School,

Kulshekar, had the privilege of attending an enlightening session on the Preamble of the Indian

Constitution conducted by Sr Ileene Dsouza.

With simple, clarity, and relatable life examples, Sr Ileene beautifully explained the meaning

and importance of the Preamble. She emphasized the values enshrined in it, Justice, Liberty,

Equality, and Fraternity and how these principles serve as the guiding light for every Indian

citizen.

The interactive talk helped the children understand the essence of being responsible citizens.

Inspired and moved, the students promised to uphold these values in their daily lives, to love

and respect all their brothers and sisters, and to strive to be good and responsible citizens of the

country.
